Our History

The association was founded in 2015 by Jose Moran, P.Eng., who organized and ran the annual seminar for five consecutive years (2015–2019). Following a hiatus during the COVID pandemic, Tony Moore revived the annual event in 2025, re-establishing it as a key fixture on the BC risk engineering calendar. The 2026 seminar continued that momentum, and we look forward to building on its success next year.
